MARKETING PROFILE
- KT Professional undertakes the following activities for all the products it represents:
- Exhibitions We participate regularly by ourselves and together with our dealers in trade shows, university fairs, shopping mall events, etc. throughout the country.
- Media Advertisements Utilizing co-op funds extended by our suppliers, we advertise regularly in both national and regional newspapers and trade magazines.
- Road Shows On a monthly basis, we sponsor our dealers to hold road shows in shopping malls, universities, etc. To ease the preparation of road shows for dealers, we provide knock-down exhibit stands, POP materials, salesman cash incentives, sales ideas, etc. We also consign display units to assist our dealers in promoting Intranet’s products.
- Product Reviews To enhance the image of Intranet, our principals and the products we represent, we make it a point of requesting IN-TECH (computer supplement of the STAR newspaper) and COMPUTIMES (computer supplement of the NEW STRAITS TIMES newspaper) to review our products in their papers. Both IN-TECH and COMPUTIMES are widely read by computer dealers, retailers, VARs and EDP personnel of government departments and corporations.
- Email & Fax Broadcasting In order to keep our dealers updated on pricing, promotions, etc., we regularly email & fax such information to our network of dealers.
- Telemarketing Currently, we have a total 15 sales and marketing people calling on the dealers everyday. To supplement the above sales efforts, we have a telesales department comprising 7 ladies to boost sales and provide marketing support to our customers.
- Promotions Throughout the year, we run ‘Best Buy’ programs and extend gifts and cash incentives to entice dealers to promote our products.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT PROFILE
- KT Professional is a ‘Full Service’ distributor with a team of experienced engineers and technicians. They are continually being sent all over the world to update their repair skills in the products we represent. From our dealers’ feedback, we are proud to say that they have acknowledged our prompt and efficient after-sales support.
- Hot-Line Support From our experience, numerous customers’ problems can be solved over the phone. In view of this, we have installed a hot-line service 10 years ago to upgrade our technical support. It has proven to be extremely beneficial to both our customers and Intranet.
- Technical Training for Dealers In cases where dealers wish to provide technical support to their clients, we will conduct training sessions and provide schematic diagrams for them to become independent support centers.
